Refugee Integration Service

If you're a new refugee, you can get individual support from us for up to 6 months

We offer advice and support to new refugees on issues such as:

  • accessing housing
  • welfare benefits
  • employment
  • training advice

You'll be able to access the service by telephone and, in some cases, face to face. We can provide translation and interpretation services.
