We offer expert support for staff, volunteer teams and those who have lived experience of migration with training, consultancy and community engagement.
Training for professionals:
- Introduction to participation practice, concepts and models and an insight into lived experience practice.
- Training on how to effectively and meaningfully establish and maintain advisory panels with lived experience of migration, including recruitment and retention.
Training for Individuals and groups:
- We provide training for those who have lived experience of migration on how to effectively participate in different types of organisations and initiatives. We focus on developing skills, knowledge, confidence and meaningfully applying expertise.
Consultancy:
- We help organisations develop participation plans, engagement strategies, and improve inclusion and access.
Direct support with community engagement
- We give support to staff and organisations around promotion, mapping exercises, recruitment, focus groups and consultations to help with engagement.
