Wakefield health and wellbeing survey - English

  • Were you born outside the UK?
  • Are you aged 16 or over and living in the Wakefield district?

If you answered yes we’re interested in hearing your views and experiences of health and wellbeing. Will you help with our research by completing this survey?

There are seven sections in this survey.

By taking part you can enter our free prize draw - you’ll have the chance to win a £25 shopping voucher. See the terms and conditions for the prize draw here.

Thank you in advance for answering our questions. We know that trying to settle in the UK after moving from another country can be stressful, and we are grateful to you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. You don’t have to answer all the questions if you don’t want to. If you don’t manage to finish the survey, please make sure you click through to the last page and click ‘submit’, otherwise we won’t see your answers. It’s important to complete the ‘Equality and diversity’ questions if you can.

Migration Yorkshire is doing this survey for Wakefield Council. The results will inform changes to how Wakefield Council plans and delivers services. Migration Yorkshire helps organisations to improve services for people who have moved to the UK. A summary of the research findings will be made available through the Migration Yorkshire and Wakefield District Council websites. We won’t use your name or anything else that could identify you.

Follow this link for more information about how we will use your data.

The survey closes on Monday 24 June.
