Archive page - this competition was run by the Refugee Integration Programme, which has now come to the end of its funding period.
Looking at individuals' experiences of being a refugee in the Yorkshire and Humber region
Here are the winning entries from the refugee art competition that we ran in August 2008, picked with help from Leeds Art Gallery. The competition was open to any refugees and asylum seekers living in the Yorkshire and Humber region. There were over 20 entries and the standard was very high. Thank you to everyone who took part.
