How to update your entry in the A-Z of organisations

You're welcome to contact us by email or by phone if you want to update the entry for your organisation - our contact details are on the right hand side of your screen. If you prefer, you can update your organisation's details online - this is how you do it:

1. Go to the A-Z of organisations page. Click on the login link on the left hand menu. If you're already a registered visitor on our site, you'll have a user name and password - enter them here. If you haven't registered on our website yet, follow the register link to get to the register form - once you have filled this in, you should receive a user name and password by email, and you can then use them to login.
2. When you've logged in, go to the web page of the organisation you want to update in the A-Z of organisations. At the bottom of the entry, you will see a link called ‘Update this entry’. Click this link to get to the online ‘Update request’ form.
3. This form shows the details we currently have for your organisation. You can edit the details, by typing over the existing text. Don’t worry about the formatting [using bold, or bulleted lists and so on] - we'll sort that out for you later.
4. Click ‘submit’. The changes won’t appear straightaway. We’ll look at the details you have sent in first, and then send you a link to the page when your changes are showing.

Letting us know that we’ve got incorrect information about another organisation

If you want to let us know that another organisation has closed down, or changed its contact details, please get in touch with us by phone or email, using the contact details on the right hand side of this page.
