OutlineSt Augustine's Centre is a community centre open to all. It aims to offer a welcoming environment for people to access support and advice; it offers help with basic needs and aims to build confidence, to encourage participation within the community and to prevent isolation. The Centre welcomes the vulnerable and is open to everyone, regardless of faith, ethnicity, background or any other factors.
The Centre provides a range of activities and resources including:
- Advice and support sessions
- Support with employment issues and employability workshops
- Volunteering opportunities
- Social and sport activities
- Welcome Café & Community lunches
- Welcome Programme for new arrivals
- ESOL
- Ofsted registered nursery
